Lauren Devoll  is a creative strategist and professional communicator. 

She currently leads the growth vertical at Numinar, an AI-powered SaaS company for political campaigns, and is a Senior Advisor at the Blue Owl Group. 

During her five years at Twitter, she advised the most influential and innovative policymakers, government agencies, and members of civil society as the Global Public Policy Partnerships Manager, while creating company-wide value propositions, product marketing, and training curriculum. She is a frequently-requested collaborator and public speaker at engagements around the world including those hosted by the U.S. Congress, NASA, the United Nations, the International Federation of the Red Cross, and the Government Social Media network. 

Previous to her tenure at Twitter,  Devoll experienced firsthand the original data and digital overhaul within the Republican Party after 2012 and contributed to civic integrity remediations after 2016. She piloted and executed original social media, e-commerce, and creative programs at the Republican National Committee and National Republican Congressional Committee and represented the party in diplomatic visits organized by the U.S. Department of State. 

Before her time in Washington D.C., she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's in Public Relations and Leadership Analysis from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a proud Archer Fellow and Coca-Cola Gold Scholar recipient. 

A fan of partnership-driven activities even in her spare time, Devoll is an Empathic Intelligence Fellow at the Ideos Institute, an avid social dancer in several Latin and Swing genres, and Instructor Candidate of Krav Maga.
